The Society’s annual dinner took place once again at Crow Nest Golf Club where, despite the wintry weather, a large number of members and friends enjoyed an excellent meal and good company.
The proceeds of the raffle were this year donated to the Calder Valley Flood Relief campaign and £134 was raised for this cause. Thanks to all who contributed so generously.
The Chair of the Society, Trevor Briggs, also thanked Tricia, Dorothy and Neil for all their work and entertainments that had made the evening such a success.
